Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use a Service for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them. Parents or guardians are responsible for use by minors under their supervision.
Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We may request contact details, a deposit, minimum spend, or card guarantee. Specific cancellation, no-show, seating, event, and refund conditions disclosed during booking form part of these Terms. Please provide accurate information and notify the relevant restaurant promptly of changes, delays, allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs.
We will try to accommodate preferences and dietary requests but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate all cross-contact risks. Guests remain responsible for communicating relevant health and dietary information and deciding whether a dish is suitable for them.
Prices payments and promotions
Prices, taxes, service charges, deposits, payment methods, and promotion conditions are shown at the restaurant, on the relevant Service, or when booking. We may correct obvious pricing or publication errors. Promotions are subject to stated dates, availability, exclusions, and redemption rules and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Guest conduct
Guests and users must act lawfully and respectfully. We may refuse or end service where reasonably necessary for safety, security, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, property damage, intoxication, disruption, non-payment, violation of venue rules, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable digital use
You may not access accounts or data without authorization; upload malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape, copy, or exploit content in violation of law; impersonate others; submit false or misleading information; misuse promotions; or use a Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing activity.
Accounts and third party platforms
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activities under your account. Some Services depend on third-party reservation, payment, mapping, communications, social media, or cloud platforms. Their separate terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or independent processing.
Intellectual property
The Services and their content, including restaurant names, logos, menus, photographs, designs, text, software, and reports, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law.
You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with the Services unless we give written permission. No ownership rights are transferred.
User submissions
If you send reviews, photographs, suggestions, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting our Services, subject to applicable privacy law and any platform settings.
Service availability and changes
Menus, ingredients, operating hours, chefs, entertainment, seating, locations, website features, and other Service elements may change. We may suspend or discontinue a Service for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or third-party reasons. We will honor mandatory consumer rights and confirmed commitments as required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
We provide digital Services on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those protections, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of a Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of the framework governing your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using a Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a breach, security risk, legal requirement, misuse, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the relevant restaurant or the contact channels on our official website. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or another forum required by law.
